Hey there!
Hi, I’m Angela — but if we’re vibing, Angie works just fine.
Hi, I’m Angela — but if we’re vibing, Angie works just fine.
I’m genuinely so grateful you’re here — and I can’t wait to show you what’s possible when healing meets empowerment. But before we dive into all the goodness I’ve created for you, let me share a bit of my story — because maybe, just maybe, parts of it will feel familiar.
For as long as I can remember, I carried a quiet sense of not being enough. Insecurity followed me through my teenage years, and by 2010, life threw me into a whirlwind of trauma and uncertainty. I felt like I had lost control — like I was just existing, not really living. Maybe you’ve felt that way too at some point?
Then in 2011, something shifted. I didn’t have all the answers, but I knew I had to do something. So I packed my bags, left behind what wasn’t serving me, and moved to London to start over. It wasn’t easy — healing rarely is — but every challenge shaped me into the woman I am today.
Do I regret the pain? Honestly, no. Because without it, I wouldn’t have found my purpose — helping others find strength, balance, and joy in their own journey.
In 2016, I was diagnosed with PCOS — and later, Endometriosis. If you’re dealing with either, you already know: these conditions are so much more than just “fertility issues.”
They impact your everyday life — your energy, your mood, your confidence, your relationship with your body. For me, it felt like I was constantly fighting a battle no one could see. Exhaustion. Brain fog. Anxiety. That sinking feeling of not being in control of your own body. And worst of all? Being told by doctors to “just come back when you want to get pregnant.” As if the rest didn’t matter.
But here’s what changed everything for me: learning that these conditions can be reversed. That you can take your power back, piece by piece. That healing is possible — and I’m living proof of that. 💛
Everything I went through — the confusion, frustration, and the deep desire for real change — led me down a new path. I wanted to understand my body, and more importantly, help others do the same. That’s why I became a Registered Nutritional Therapist (Middlesex University, London & Institute of Health Sciences, Dublin) and Personal Trainer (Lifetime Fitness, London). Beyond my formal qualifications, I’ve taken countless specialized courses in everything from metabolism and thyroid support to gut healing and the psychology of eating.
Now, I get to support others on their own healing journey — with a focus on balanced, personalized nutrition and realistic lifestyle shifts that actually work in real life. I don’t believe in restriction or punishment. If you love chocolate pancakes for breakfast? Guess what — they’re on the plan! ❤️
This isn’t about deprivation. It’s about learning how to nourish your body in a way that reduces cravings, balances hormones, supports your metabolism, and still lets you enjoy the foods you love.
And if you’re thinking, “I’ve tried everything — nothing works for me,” you’re not alone. Many of my clients felt exactly the same… until they saw real, lasting results. I test everything on myself first, so I know it’s not just theory — it’s lived, proven, and safe.
My journey wouldn’t be complete without diving into one of the most important (and often overlooked) parts of healing: the connection between the body and the mind. That’s why I’ve developed a deep passion for the Psychology of Nutrition — understanding how our thoughts, emotions, and habits influence the way we eat, feel, and live.
This work goes far beyond calories or macros. It’s about exploring how stress, body image, emotional eating, and even trauma can affect our food choices, digestion, immune system, and overall wellbeing. So often, physical symptoms are deeply rooted in emotional struggles — and I believe true healing means addressing both.
I help my clients reconnect with their bodies, break free from the cycle of cravings (especially for sweets and ultra-processed foods), and build habits that actually stick — not just for a few weeks, but long-term. Because when we treat the body with compassion and the mind with awareness, real change happens.
I fell in love with horse riding as a little girl — long before I knew just how much it would shape who I am today. Those early mornings at the stables, the quiet bond between horse and rider, the falls, the triumphs — they taught me resilience, patience, and the power of connection.
Horse riding gave me confidence when I didn’t yet have it in myself. It taught me discipline, balance, and how to trust — not just others, but my own instincts. These lessons have stayed with me and deeply influence the way I work with people now: with presence, empathy, and a belief that real growth happens through connection and consistency (More horse girl than rider — it’s always been about the connection)
Inline skating isn’t just a hobby — it’s one of my greatest passions. It brings me joy, freedom, and focus like nothing else. There’s something almost meditative about the rhythm, the wind on my face, and the effortless glide — it grounds me in the present and lights me up from the inside out.
But it’s more than just fun — it’s functional, too. Skating is a full-body workout that builds strength, endurance, and agility, all while being kind to your joints. It sharpens coordination, boosts mental clarity, and offers a space to challenge myself, reset, and grow.
Skating has taught me resilience, discipline, and the value of staying connected to what makes me feel alive. It’s more than movement — it’s a reflection of how I choose to move through life: with intention, joy, and flow.
Figure skating isn’t just a sport to me — it’s a form of art and self-expression. I’m captivated by how it blends raw athleticism with grace, demanding both strength and precision while giving space for creativity to flow.
Gliding across the ice feels like pure freedom, and every spin, jump, and movement becomes its own story. This discipline has taught me perseverance, balance, and the incredible beauty of pushing beyond limits to create something truly extraordinary.
Long-Term Change and True Growth
For me, it’s not just about achieving a result — it’s about how long you can actually maintain it. That’s why I don’t believe in shortcuts. I’m not a fan of strict, quick-fix diets or miracle workouts that promise overnight transformations. My goal is to help my clients learn habits they can sustain for a lifetime — not just until summer.
A Personalised Path to Healthy Habits
My mission is to share knowledge that supports you in reaching your nutritional goals in a way that feels natural and empowering.
I truly believe that every meaningful change starts in the mind. That’s why I focus not only on food and movement, but also on mindset. Being healthy doesn’t mean being perfect — it means being human. Mistakes are part of the journey, and it’s through reflecting on them that we learn, grow, and build lasting change.
The Symbol of the Swan
The swan has always meant more to me than just beauty or elegance. It’s a symbol of quiet strength, inner transformation, and the grace that can grow out of struggle. On the surface, the swan glides smoothly across the water — but beneath, it’s working hard, staying balanced, adapting to the current. That’s the energy I carry into my work and life.
For me, the swan also represents growth that’s not always visible — the kind that happens inside, where no one sees. That kind of transformation takes time, and often begins in the mind. It’s why I care so deeply about the connection between physical health and emotional wellbeing.
And then, there’s the little voice behind this blog — I call her the small princess – more explanation here – She’s a part of me (and a part of you too!) shaped by sensitivity, curiosity, and deep emotion. She’s the inner child who once felt lost in a world that moved too fast, too loud, too unkind. She often didn’t fit the mould, especially with undiagnosed ADHD, which made her feel broken or “too much.” But she wasn’t. She just saw and felt the world differently and he finally found her power 😉
The small princess is still with me. She speaks in metaphors and gentle truths. She’s the one who holds the vision — the hope — that healing is possible, and that softness and strength can live side by side. Through her, I write. Through her, I connect.
The swan carries her — carries us — forward. And just like the swan’s journey from awkward cygnet to graceful adult, this space is about embracing every stage of growth, and learning to see beauty in all of it.
