Pumpkin Spice Vegan & Dairy-Free Fall Milkshak or whatever called: “Power-Up Your Day with a Blissful Pumpkin Shake” is my favourite when I need to relax after long day or service it for family and friends for some events.

Do you know the feeling when you realize the summer is over – you struggle to see sunshine when you walk outside your apartment (well at least in my location feels like this)?

That moment when you know ‘something’ is gone and will be missed so much but… when something is over another chapter starts so we need to be patient and accept the situation.

Instead of walking all around the city and enjoy a good weather vibe or making picnics outside – right now it’s the time to stay at home, grab a blanket and enjoy the time with your cat or loves one.

How To Make Vegan Whipped Cream?

If you don’t feel like buying vegan Whipped Cream from the shop as most of the are loaded with tons of sugar, I have something for you which will help you do make it your own at home 😉

Method 1: Coconut Milk Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of full-fat coconut milk, refrigerated overnight
  • 1-2 tablespoons of powdered sugar or a natural sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Chill the can of coconut milk in the refrigerator overnight. This allows the coconut milk to separate, with the thick, creamy part rising to the top.
  2. Carefully open the can without shaking it. Scoop out the solidified coconut cream that has risen to the top and place it in a mixing bowl. Leave the watery part behind or save it for other recipes.
  3. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, whip the coconut cream on high speed until it becomes fluffy and has soft peaks.
  4. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract (if using) to the whipped coconut cream. Mix until well combined.
  5. Taste the whipped cream and adjust the sweetness to your liking. You can add more sugar or a natural sweetener if necessary.
  6. Use the vegan coconut whipped cream as a topping for desserts, fruits, or beverages.

Method 2: Aquafaba Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of aquafaba (the liquid from a can of chickpeas)
  • 1/2 cup of powdered sugar or a natural sweetener
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cream of tartar (optional, for stabilization)
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Drain the liquid from a can of chickpeas and measure out 1/2 cup of aquafaba.
  2. In a clean mixing bowl, add the aquafaba and cream of tartar (if using).
  3. Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer, whip the aquafaba on high speed. It will start to thicken and form stiff peaks.
  4. Slowly add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract (if using) while continuing to whip the aquafaba. Mix until well combined.
  5. Taste the whipped cream and adjust the sweetness as needed.
  6. Use the aquafaba whipped cream as a dairy-free and healthy topping for your desserts and beverages.

Both of these methods yield delicious vegan whipped cream that can be used in place of traditional whipped cream for a wide range of recipes. You can also experiment with flavors by adding cocoa powder, cinnamon, or other extracts to create different variations of vegan whipped cream. Enjoy!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups non-dairy vanilla ice cream sugar free in possible
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin pure
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk
  • 1 spoon pumpkin pie spice
  • vegan whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Put all t5he ingredients in the blender like: non-dairy ice cream, pumpkin puree, non-dairy milk and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Pour into glasses and add non-dairy whipped cream, that's it 😉
